Where do i leave the monogram or name for my order?

There will be a box at checkout labeled "note to seller". You may leave any notes including the name, monogram or any additional information needed for your order here. 


what size is in the photo?

On some of our listings we will put the size in the photo in the details. On many of the listings since it is custom to your needs, you may need to measure the space you want your decal to fit. For example:  for your door, phone, or car, you will need to measure how much space you want the decal to take up. If you have any questions or need help at all PLEASE don't hesitate to send us a message!


How long does it take for my order to ship?

Each listing has a different processing time. This is the time that it takes from point of purchase to point of shipping. After the processing time, your shipping option will take effect. 
For instance if the processing time is 1 week, your order will ship out in 1 week PLUS whatever shipping option you chose.


Can I order a different size than what is in the listing?

Not to worry! We can make most listings accommodate any size you may need. Please message us the size you need and we will do our best to make it happen!


Do you take large custom orders?

We can accommodate most large custom orders and would be happy to work with you to create anything that will fit your needs.


my order came in incorrect or damaged. what do i do? 

if you are unhappy with how your goods were made or received, We will do our best to make it right by remaking the product or refunding you for the purchased amount.
